Amazing Hotpot Experience! We had such a great time at Nabe Hotpot! The service was incredibly fast, and our server Marie went above and beyond. She was super friendly, professional, and efficient, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The food itself was absolutely delicious--every dish we tried was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The variety of options on the menu makes it easy to find something for everyone. I came here for lunch one day with my boyfriend and it was packed. Unfortunately, if you are waiting, then you have to wait outside and it could be really hot. Once your turn is up though, you're in for a good time. Priced at $29.99, this is probably one of (if not the best) spot for both AYCE hotpot and sushi. Service here is good, the place is clean, and there's plenty of seating for smaller or bigger parties. I wanted to try both the AYCE hotpot and sushi, so I got a little bit of both. For the hotpot, you order your broth and proteins (meats and/or seafood) with the waitress, and you can grab carbs, veggies, and fishballs/tofu at a buffet bar. For sushi and anything fried, you place the order with your waitress! Honestly, everything that I had was amazing quality. From what I remember, you have no limit on the amount of protein that you order within one round, so I recommend ordering 2-3 per person. The first time, I just ordered one each and it was a tiny portion. Aside from that, the quality of the meat was good, the broths were amazing, and the veggies were freshly washed and clean. Sushi and appetizers were also great. Probably one of my favorite spots off strip and I would love to come back again.

Not a fancy inside and outside, but clean and inviting. The menu was extensive, with a fantastic selection of bases to choose from. We decided on tonkotsu and Nabe signature , a pork broth base and then something very spicy....all were incredible. The selection of meats, seafood, veggies, noodle, tofu etc was extensive and we ate so much! Loved the bar with snacks and an area to make your own dipping sauce. Sushi roll and baked are amazing ... Dynamite and Pang must to order , our server Marie is attentive and always take care our table It was delicious and the price was very good Will definitely be back

This was my first time trying this place in Las Vegas and it's honestly super good and delicious! The service was awesome as well my server Marie was super welcoming. Overall, has a chill ambiance.

This is probably my 4th time here. Why? Coming from LA, the quality and price is absolutely unbeatable. I cannot believe Vegas can have good AYCE sushi for $29.99. Definitely stick to the sushi (Nigirand not the fancy apps or rolls. They're just too much. The rice to fish ratio is on point and I'm glad they haven't changed that. Hotpot also has lots of good options and the vegetable variety is decent. I always get lamb, but half the time it is not great and tasteless. Stick to prime ribeye, short rib and the sushi. What sushi to get? -super white tuna -eel -yellowtail -yuzu yellowtail Others: -shrimp tempura

I've been here a couple of times. Service was good and the broth was ok. Something was missing for me. Also, I'm a pork belly person so that's my meat of choice. I'd return again and possibly order a more spicier broth.
